No. The machine makes drinks only from real, pure matcha and hojicha powder, with no sugar, syrups or fillers added to the powder. If a guest fancies a flavour such as vanilla or caramel, syrup can be added by hand to the finished drink.
No. The guest or staff member places a cup, chooses the drink and latte or water. The drink is ready in seconds.
A one-button rinse cycle flushes the lines and nozzles. Daily maintenance takes a few minutes.
It works with a mains water connection, an external tank or water-dispenser bottles.
Yes. DualCha is a complete solution: machine + ingredients. You can buy matcha and hojicha powder from us together with the machine and as a continuous supply, on terms set out in the agreement, depending on quantity and delivery.
